Busy Lamp Field

Busy Lamp Field (BLF) is a light on an IP phone which tells you whether another extension is busy or not.

Call Parking

Call park is a feature that allows a person to put a call on hold at one location and continue the conversation from any other location.

Call Screening

Call screening is an option to evaluate the characteristics of a telephone call such as caller ID or originating number before deciding to answer it.
